Muscle Building: The Fruit of Labor And Discipline

Are you tired of just seeing your ideal body shape from magazine models, underwear models from advertising posters on your way to work, or worst from mannequins from your favorite boutiques in where your favorite dress was placed on sale?  Been to many gyms and work out fitness centers so much but still no progress?  Taking in some changes in diet or drinking fitness drinks, which are stated from advertisements that will work 100% but still no changes? Expert Kyle Leon says,  there must be something lacking in your exercise program and that is discipline.  Here are some tips in which it might enlighten your confused mind what is lacking in your training.

Muscle Building

According to health expert Kyle Leon initially, You have been to the gym every day and still as you measure your biceps, there is still no progress.  The problem is you overdid your exercise and your muscles need some time to rest.  By the time you did some weightlifting, some parts of your muscle had been torn or had swelled that is why you feel pain.  Give your muscles some time to rest and grow for maybe a day or two, go to a movie or something and after a week or so, you’ll see some progress.

Workout Plan

Have your exercise program planned and plotted on your wall so that if you are planning to show your hard rock abs to the public, set the date and work it out.  When you are about to start your training, try to focus on developing muscles in large groups.  Start on your chest, shoulders, quadriceps and back. You will be surprised that your simple barbell bench press did major progress.

Eating Pattern

Body metabolism is also the key to keeping our body in shape, so that’s why food also plays a major role.  How about trying to speed it up a little or maybe change your eating habits.  If you usually eat three full meals a day, try to lower the amount but speeding up metabolism by eating five small meals a day. You still eat the same amount of food but digested by the body on different intervals. Well that is some way to store those proteins.

Water

If you’re exercising a lot, you also sweat a lot; try replacing it with some refreshing water. Your body needs at least 2 liters of water per day, so that it will help in cell regeneration and carry those toxins away from the body

Things to Avoid

The only thing that really hinders your muscle building is high sugar intake.  Accrding to Kyle Leon’s view, if you really are craving for those chocolate cakes why not try to eat some food which are rich in fiber and has the taste of chocolate? You can still experience the same taste but with different effect.
